I am a seasoned implementation guide on the tough and exciting journeys from ‘recommendation to result', from ‘innovation to impact’.
Engineer (telecoms) by training and at heart – enjoy getting things done, making things work; management consultant by trade/profession; migrant to Australia, now citizen and resident.
With over 25 years experience in implementation consulting, my experience spans sectors including mining, oil & gas, construction materials, metals processing and manufacturing. I’ve served over 100 clients in Australia, South East Asia and South Africa. On large-scale operational transformations. Clients tell me they value my ability to translate theoretical concepts into aligned stakeholders, practical operational improvements and big rapid sustainable results.
For me, 'results' must be evidence-based AND more than dollars. Above all, I love to deliver results through people: coach, capability-build, cajole and charm talented clients and colleagues to step out of the shadows, then sparkle and shine.
Outside work – main interests are post-WW2 international political history, Australian federal politics, great fiction, prize-winning documentaries, spectating sport (especially Test cricket and international (real) football), comfortable travel, good food and fine wine. Not always in that order.
